Senior People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to assess business goals and deploy talent strategies
• Analyze data to inform talent strategies that support business objectives
• Support full-scale People programs, including performance management and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
• 6+ years of Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders
• Experience in a scale-up growth environment, ideally in tech
• First-hand experience in an international, fast-growing organization with progressive HR practices
• Competence in managing complex employee relations and training managers
