Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner Sr. Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business leaders to align people plans with strategic business goals
• Identifies talent needs and implements strategic talent management solutions
• Leads change initiatives and develops plans to enhance leadership and team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Strong exposure to the employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management
• Background in organizational development preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and understanding of software processes is beneficial
