Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
  • 3+ years as an HRBP supporting global Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for HR processes and analytics
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex initiatives
  • Knowledge of US and Irish labor laws is a plus
