• Serve as the dedicated People partner for Go To Market and G&A teams, fostering high-performing environments
• Support leaders in aligning business objectives with People needs and guide organizational design and talent planning
• Lead core People programs and improve processes to enhance organizational health and employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-changing environment
• Strong background in organizational design and talent planning
• Experience leading performance, compensation, and talent review processes
• Proven ability to navigate sensitive employee relations with fairness and empathy
• Familiarity with using data and AI tools to inform decisions and support productivity
