• Lead project management and execution of key People programs to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a People Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational drivers in Solutions Engineering and RevOps
• Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and organizational health
• Exceptional project management skills and experience in executing initiatives
• Data-fluent and able to translate insights into actionable recommendations
