- Lead performance evaluation processes and partner with leadership on organizational structures and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 3 years of direct GTM support
- Experience with high-volume workforces in sales, underwriting, or customer support environments
- Knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations
- Experience working with a global workforce of 400-500 employees
