Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Partner to provide strategic human resources support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement People strategies that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture
• Oversee talent development and retention strategies for various departments to attract and retain top-tier talent
• Lead performance evaluation processes and partner with leadership on organizational structures and workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field
• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 3 years of direct GTM support
• Experience with high-volume workforces in sales, underwriting, or customer support environments
• Knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations
• Experience working with a global workforce of 400-500 employees
