Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies that align with business goals
  • Oversee development and retention strategies for GTM and Underwriting departments to attract and retain top talent
  • Lead performance evaluation processes to enhance employee performance and career growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with 3+ years of direct GTM support
  • Experience supporting high-volume workforces in sales or customer support environments
  • Strong understanding of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations
  • Experience with Lattice, Rippling & ChangeEngine is a plus
