Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner and consultant to senior leaders across the EPD organization
• Provide support and guidance on performance management, change management, and workforce planning
• Drive execution of critical People programs and implement scalable policies to attract and retain talent

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Design organizations
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about business operations
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively
