Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner, Product and Technology.

• Accelerate business performance by coaching and consulting leadership on people-related matters
• Drive company-wide alignment and efficiency through cross-functional collaboration on people strategies
• Establish executive trust and influence by serving as a strategic partner to business leaders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive People Business Partner experience, particularly in Product and Technology
• Expertise in change management, organizational design, and talent strategy
• Experience in performance management and executive coaching
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience; advanced degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
• Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and navigate cross-functional relationships
