Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner - Go To Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, providing insights on leadership effectiveness and organizational design
• Support performance management, coaching, and development initiatives while guiding leaders through talent reviews and succession planning
• Lead change management efforts and analyze employee engagement data to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive DEIB initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR/People Business Partner experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Go To Market teams
• Strong knowledge of organizational design and performance management
• Experience with data analytics to inform decision-making
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders while balancing business priorities
