Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner - Go To Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, providing insights on leadership effectiveness and organizational design
- Support performance management, coaching, and development initiatives while guiding leaders through talent reviews and succession planning
- Lead change management efforts and analyze employee engagement data to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive DEIB initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR/People Business Partner experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Go To Market teams
- Strong knowledge of organizational design and performance management
- Experience with data analytics to inform decision-making
- Ability to influence and coach senior leaders while balancing business priorities
