Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience required; typically, a minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Strong exposure to all facets of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and performance management
• Banking or financial services industry experience required; FinTech experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of software application processes
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
