Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support its leadership teams and enhance people practices across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary People partner to the GTM leadership team, providing strategic insights on organization and talent
  • Support additional business functions by ensuring consistent people practices across all client groups
  • Lead complex employee relations matters and manage people cycles such as performance reviews and compensation planning
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 4 years in a Business Partner role
  • Significant experience with GTM, Sales, or revenue-focused organizations in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business
  • Background in deep tech, engineering-first companies with a focus on complex products
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations matters and multi-state employment law fluency
  • Experience in a remote-first or distributed company, with a track record of shaping People Business Partner strategies
