Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of People to design and operationalize People programs across various areas
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders, coaching managers and navigating complex situations
  • Audit existing People infrastructure and identify gaps, owning the delivery of programs and projects
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in diverse environments with a strong understanding of effective practices
  • Ability to assess risk quickly and make informed decisions
  • Experience collaborating with People Ops and Employee Experience teams
  • Background in early-stage companies where People and Ops roles overlap
  • Direct experience in building or iterating People programs across multiple COEs
