Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of People to design and operationalize People programs across various areas
- Serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders, coaching managers and navigating complex situations
- Audit existing People infrastructure and identify gaps, owning the delivery of programs and projects
Required Qualifications
- Experience in diverse environments with a strong understanding of effective practices
- Ability to assess risk quickly and make informed decisions
- Experience collaborating with People Ops and Employee Experience teams
- Background in early-stage companies where People and Ops roles overlap
- Direct experience in building or iterating People programs across multiple COEs
