Job Summary
Partnering with leaders to build high-performing and inclusive teams, the full-time remote Senior People Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and coach, focusing on employee relations, talent development, and organizational change.
Key responsibilities
- Align People strategies with team and business goals through partnership with leaders
- Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and team dynamics
- Lead complex employee relations matters and drive initiatives for engagement and culture
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience, including business partnership and employee relations
- Strong experience in handling complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations
- Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders across various organizational levels
- Experience in driving organizational change and implementing People programs
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
