Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior People Business Partner will manage employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and performance management practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting new hire onboarding programs and creating strong employee connections
- Partnering with business leaders to ensure seamless employee experiences and managing employee engagement initiatives
- Acting as a strategic advisor on talent planning, organizational effectiveness, and workforce trends
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Analytics, Communications, Social or Hard Sciences
- MA/MS in Business, IO Psychology, Social or Hard Sciences preferred
- 5-7 years of technical client group support experience
- 2+ years of experience in a large enterprise setting
- 2+ years of experience in a start-up environment (Series B, C, D)
