Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior People Business Partner will manage employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and performance management practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting new hire onboarding programs and creating strong employee connections
  • Partnering with business leaders to ensure seamless employee experiences and managing employee engagement initiatives
  • Acting as a strategic advisor on talent planning, organizational effectiveness, and workforce trends
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, Analytics, Communications, Social or Hard Sciences
  • MA/MS in Business, IO Psychology, Social or Hard Sciences preferred
  • 5-7 years of technical client group support experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a large enterprise setting
  • 2+ years of experience in a start-up environment (Series B, C, D)
