Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor, the full-time remote Senior People Business Partner will partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, lead cross-functional initiatives, and enhance talent strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and provide strategic HR consultation
- Lead and execute cross-functional People initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Drive change management and organizational development efforts to enhance agility and effectiveness across teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a strategic business partner or generalist, preferably in tech or SaaS environments
- Proven experience influencing and coaching senior leaders with confidence and credibility
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional HR programs with a strategic mindset
- Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing business needs
