Senior People Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor, the full-time remote Senior People Business Partner will partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, lead cross-functional initiatives, and enhance talent strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and provide strategic HR consultation
• Lead and execute cross-functional People initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Drive change management and organizational development efforts to enhance agility and effectiveness across teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a strategic business partner or generalist, preferably in tech or SaaS environments
• Proven experience influencing and coaching senior leaders with confidence and credibility
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional HR programs with a strategic mindset
• Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing business needs
