Job Summary
Partnering with dedicated business portfolios, the remote Senior People Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, focusing on translating business priorities into effective people plans, workforce planning, and coaching leaders on performance and team dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the senior People partner for an assigned business portfolio, translating strategy into practical people plans that support growth and organizational health
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design, including headcount planning and succession planning
- Coach executives and managers on leadership effectiveness, performance accountability, and change leadership
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or closely related People experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing strategy
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Strong judgment in handling complex employee relations and sensitive people matters
- Data fluency with HRIS and analytics to influence leaders and prioritize actions
