Job Summary
As a key advisor to leadership teams, the full-time Senior People Business Partner will align people strategies with business objectives, focusing on performance management, leadership coaching, and organizational culture in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, empowering them to navigate people leadership challenges
- Manage performance and talent processes, including performance reviews and leadership development programs
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey data to drive actionable strategies for improving the employee experience
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience, including 3-4 years in a dedicated HRBP role
- Proven ability to influence and coach managers at various levels
- Extensive experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
