Senior People Business Partner
Job Summary
As a founding member of the Organizational Effectiveness function, the full-time Senior People Business Partner will partner with senior leaders in R&D to diagnose organizational health, coach managers, and lead initiatives in org design and leadership development, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose the health of R&D organizations and identify trends and capability gaps
- Coach engineering and product managers on performance management and team effectiveness
- Lead organizational design, succession planning, and develop leadership programs
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience as a People or HR Business Partner, or 8+ years with an advanced degree in a related field
- Experience in infrastructure, security, or technical product environments
- Proven track record of supporting technical organizations through rapid scaling
- Strong background in organizational design, change management, and program effectiveness measurement
- Ability to influence senior leaders and maintain confidentiality while working with aggregate team-health data
