Job Summary
Partnering closely with senior leaders in a remote, full-time capacity, the Senior People Business Partner will diagnose organizational health, coach managers, and lead initiatives in organizational design and leadership development.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose the health of supported organizations and measure program effectiveness
- Coach managers and senior leaders to navigate change and improve team dynamics
- Lead organizational design, succession planning, and development programs for leaders
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience as a People or HR Business Partner, or 8+ years with an advanced degree in a related field
- Deep experience with go-to-market organizations, including Sales and Marketing
- Proven track record in developing senior leaders and coaching management
- Strong skills in organizational design, succession planning, and change management
- Ability to influence senior leaders and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
