Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with executives, senior leaders, and employees to drive organizational performance and maintain team culture
• Collaborate with a team of business partners to execute on people strategies and build a high-performance culture
• Consult with senior executives, provide guidance, and influence business decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in HR, supporting senior executives
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth company
• Experience with data analysis and turning data into insights
• History of designing and facilitating leadership development interventions
• Experience supporting senior sales executives and/or the Chief Revenue Officer
