Senior People Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr People Consultant & Accommodation Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and consult on employee and candidate accommodations while providing people consulting support on performance and policy guidance
• Act as a trusted advisor on sensitive work-related issues, coaching managers on performance management practices
• Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and develop proactive recommendations for leaders and HR partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or HR business partner roles
• Strong knowledge of employment standards and U.S. federal and state disability laws related to accommodations
• Experience resolving complex employee issues and influencing decisions at multiple organizational levels
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners
• Experience in communicating complex decisions clearly, especially regarding disability and accommodation matters
