Job Summary
To support a dynamic workplace culture, the full-time Senior People Consultant will provide consulting and coaching on People-related issues, collaborate with leaders on team development, and manage employee relations initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on People-related matters, serving as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and support talent initiatives, including performance management and Diversity & Inclusion
- Manage performance management cases and assist in investigations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in human resources or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience
- 3+ years of Employee Relations experience
- 2+ years of experience with U.S. employment and labor laws
