Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, guiding all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles and manage the relationship with the US PEO
  • Lead P&C initiatives, support performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of progressive People & Culture experience in the USA, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment
  • Strong generalist background in employee relations, performance, compliance, and talent development
  • Experience managing a PEO relationship in the USA
  • Proven ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams and culture
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive mindset
