Senior People Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior People Data Analyst working remotely, the successful candidate will measure and communicate organizational health metrics, generate insights to inform goals related to profitability and employee engagement, and advance Workday analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Workday reporting subject matter expert, developing custom reports, dashboards, and scheduling
• Enable cross-functional teams to access Workday data through scalable solutions and manage the People Analytics service desk for data requests
• Consult with department leaders to provide data-driven recommendations and conduct statistical analyses on human capital metrics

Required qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting, including custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
• Experience in Data Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, HRIS management, or other quantitative fields
• Proficient in SQL for connecting and analyzing data across systems
• Advanced skills in building spreadsheets in software such as Google Sheets
• Understanding of statistical concepts and experience in data collection and management
