Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Development Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and foster a values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultative partner to leaders on organizational effectiveness and talent planning
  • Lead employee relations strategy and execution to ensure fair and consistent approaches
  • Design and deliver programs that enhance leadership capabilities and career development pathways
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong background in employee relations and people development initiatives
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations, preferably in healthcare or complex industries
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and manage sensitive issues with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
