Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Development Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and foster a values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner to leaders on organizational effectiveness and talent planning
- Lead employee relations strategy and execution to ensure fair and consistent approaches
- Design and deliver programs that enhance leadership capabilities and career development pathways
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong background in employee relations and people development initiatives
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations, preferably in healthcare or complex industries
- Proven ability to coach leaders and manage sensitive issues with discretion
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
