Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in People Enablement, Learning and Development, or related field
Experience facilitating live or virtual learning sessions
Strong instructional design skills for creating engaging e-learning experiences
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
Experience with learning technologies; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is a plus
