Job Summary
Senior People Executive, responsible for shaping and evolving the People function in a full-time, remote role, overseeing recruiting, HR, employee experience, and performance management to enhance team development and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the People function through technology and data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain updated company policies and HR practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in People, Talent, or HR leadership roles, preferably in high-growth companies
- Proven ability to improve and scale People functions effectively
- Experience in executive-level operations and board-level discussions
- Strong background in recruiting, performance management, and compensation
- Tech-first mindset with experience in implementing People tools and automation
