Job Summary
As a full-time Senior People Experience Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a key business partner for Digital and Data, Finance, and Legal client groups, collaborating remotely to implement people programs and talent plans that align with business and cultural objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business objectives into scalable people strategies
- Collaborate with various teams to drive talent management, organizational design, and change management initiatives
- Manage and develop the PX team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 9+ years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP or similar in a matrixed, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to implement holistic talent plans for attraction, development, and retention of specialized talent
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with experience in leveraging people analytics
- Solid knowledge of US employment laws and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
