Job Summary

Partnering with managers and team members, the full-time remote Senior People Generalist will oversee core people operations, manage employee engagement initiatives, and provide coaching throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a day-to-day partner for managers on people-related questions and team dynamics
  • Own core people processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Build and maintain people dashboards and produce insight-led summaries from data
Required qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple employment models
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in HR work
  • Sound judgment in employment law and employee relations fundamentals
