Senior People Manager
Job Summary
To support the scaling of the organization, the remote Senior Manager or Director, People will partner with executive leaders on organizational design and workforce planning, optimize people processes with a data-driven approach, and lead company-wide performance management and talent initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
- Own and optimize people processes, leveraging AI and automation where possible
- Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies related to key People programs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in people-focused roles at high-growth technology companies
- Strong HR Operations or HR Business Partner experience with a track record of influencing executives
- Experience leading company-wide talent initiatives including performance management and leadership development
- Exceptional business judgment and project management skills
- Proficient in using HRIS systems for data management and process improvements
