Job Summary
Owning key People Operations functions, the full-time Senior People Operations Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee onboarding and offboarding, administer benefits, and ensure compliance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance and a positive experience
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for employee and contractor positions
- Administer health benefits and retirement plans while serving as a primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage core People Ops processes
- Experience maintaining HR systems and improving workflows
- Strong accuracy and follow-through with sensitive data and processes
- Experience recruiting and managing a full-cycle recruiting process
