Job Summary

Owning key People Operations functions, the full-time Senior People Operations Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee onboarding and offboarding, administer benefits, and ensure compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance and a positive experience
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for employee and contractor positions
  • Administer health benefits and retirement plans while serving as a primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
Required qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage core People Ops processes
  • Experience maintaining HR systems and improving workflows
  • Strong accuracy and follow-through with sensitive data and processes
  • Experience recruiting and managing a full-cycle recruiting process
