Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, People to support the transition from startup to scaled organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and transform performance management infrastructure, implementing modern tools and processes
  • Build and scale a manager enablement program to improve manager effectiveness across the organization
  • Manage core People Operations, including HRIS, employee lifecycle programs, and people analytics
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive People/HR experience, with 3-4 years in a senior role
  • Expertise in performance management systems and manager development
  • Strong People Operations and systems thinking capabilities
  • Strategic partnership skills with executive presence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
