Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lead, People to support the transition from startup to scaled organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and transform performance management infrastructure, implementing modern tools and processes
- Build and scale a manager enablement program to improve manager effectiveness across the organization
- Manage core People Operations, including HRIS, employee lifecycle programs, and people analytics
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive People/HR experience, with 3-4 years in a senior role
- Expertise in performance management systems and manager development
- Strong People Operations and systems thinking capabilities
- Strategic partnership skills with executive presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
