Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People & Talent Lead to oversee and enhance its people operations and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement core People Systems and manage documentation for clear employee guidance
  • Coordinate compliance and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring effective onboarding and offboarding
  • Partner with leadership to forecast headcount needs and manage the full recruiting lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as a full-cycle recruiter in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to source and place high-performing candidates quickly
  • Experience in building people operations within a lean startup environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with a process-driven approach
  • Bonus: Background in SaaS or professional services and experience in remote workforce management
