Senior People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. People Business Operations Manager to partner with the VP of People and manage strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage critical cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning processes
• Prepare internal and external communications and coordinate with stakeholders on various people initiatives
• Track progress on deliverables and support company-level headcount planning and organizational design

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations or Strategic Programs
• Experience in a high-growth or fast-changing tech company environment
• Strong project and program management skills
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budget planning or compensation frameworks
