Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the People Operations team, ensuring alignment with company values and promoting employee engagement
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations resolutions
• Develop and implement HR policies, manage HRIS, and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience or equivalent work experience
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred
• Working knowledge of HR practices and relevant labor laws
• Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment in risk assessment
