• 8+ years of progressive People Ops/HR experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and build people programs end to end
• Experience with HRIS ownership and maintaining data integrity across platforms
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and presenting people data
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
