Required Qualifications
  • 6 - 10 years of progressive People Operations experience in high growth startup environments
  • Proven ability to create structures in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
  • Experience implementing ATS, HRIS, Payroll, or other related tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making
  • High ownership and sound judgment, balancing empathy with business needs
