- Design and implement structured systems for hiring, performance reviews, and career development
- Partner with leadership to align hiring plans and talent strategy with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years of progressive People Operations experience in high growth startup environments
- Proven ability to create structures in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Experience implementing ATS, HRIS, Payroll, or other related tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making
- High ownership and sound judgment, balancing empathy with business needs
