Job Summary
Leading the optimization of core employee lifecycle processes, the full-time Senior People Operations Manager will oversee HR operational programs, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads and manages the employee onboarding and offboarding experience in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Partners with HR leadership to develop and execute strategic People Operations initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Oversees employee recognition and engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in HR Operations or People Operations leadership roles
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance HR operations and employee experience
- Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices
