Job Summary

Leading the optimization of core employee lifecycle processes, the full-time Senior People Operations Manager will oversee HR operational programs, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leads and manages the employee onboarding and offboarding experience in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Partners with HR leadership to develop and execute strategic People Operations initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Oversees employee recognition and engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in HR Operations or People Operations leadership roles
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance HR operations and employee experience
  • Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices
