Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Senior People Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day People Operations processes, manage employee lifecycle workflows, and coordinate with the Chief People and Engagement Officer (CPEO) while supporting a multi-state team.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and improve People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support employee relations documentation and investigations
  • Coordinate with the CPEO on compliance, benefits administration, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining accurate employee records
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR operations
  • Experience managing day-to-day People Operations processes for a remote and/or multi-state workforce
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment compliance fundamentals
  • Experience coordinating employee leave processes and supporting employee relations matters
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
