Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Business Partner to elevate their People partnership model and help shape organizational scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional strategies into People approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Coach senior leaders through complex decisions and develop advanced leadership resources
• Lead large, cross-functional People programs and provide critical input on training and processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 6+ years as a People Business Partner
• Deep expertise in performance management, employee relations, and talent review processes
• Experience in organizational design and the ability to influence People strategies across business units
• Proven success in leading large, cross-functional People initiatives with measurable impact
• Ability to prioritize high-impact work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
