Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of the People team, the full-time Senior People Operations Partner will manage HR operations, oversee HRIS administration, and collaborate with external compensation consultants while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer BambooHR and 15Five, including performance review setup and employee lifecycle workflows
  • Support new hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee data for compensation analysis
  • Conduct employee data audits and create documentation to ensure operational consistency
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS scaleup environment
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS and managing performance review cycles
  • Proven use of AI tools in previous roles with specific examples
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining clean data and audit-ready files
  • Comfort with AI tools, including a required Claude 101 certificate upon hire
