Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior People Operations Partner, the individual will manage the full lifecycle of people programs, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee compensation infrastructure, including job leveling, salary bands, and compensation review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee handbooks and documentation
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve People Operations processes and systems
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in People Operations or Total Rewards within a high-growth technology company
  • Expertise in global compensation program design and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking tools, such as Pave and Radford
  • Proven track record of optimizing HRIS platforms and driving automation improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into HR workflows effectively
