Job Summary
Acting as a recognized specialist within the team, the full-time remote Senior People Operations Specialist will independently deliver end-to-end operational improvements, drive key People technology initiatives, and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute People operations processes, enhancing experiences for candidates, employees, and managers
- Analyze operational workflows within the People technology ecosystem to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks to support the adoption of new tools and workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or related operational roles
- Experience supporting HR systems such as Workday, including core areas like Core HCM, Benefits, and Recruiting
- Proven track record in operational process improvements, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting testing activities
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI solutions, and operational transformation initiatives
