Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist, Clinical Ops & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary People Ops partner for Clinical Operations, translating operational needs into efficient workflows
Serve as the operational lead for clinical-specific initiatives and collaborate on people strategies
Manage compliance infrastructure, including employee handbook maintenance and EEO-1 reporting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in People Operations
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
Strong project leadership skills, working collaboratively across teams
Familiarity with compliance processes, including audits and handbooks
Comfortable using the Google suite
