Job Summary

To support a growing People Operations team, the full-time Senior People Operations Specialist will manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, focusing on system design, complex case resolution, and data integrity, while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive system design and process mapping to identify automation opportunities and deploy AI-enabled tools
  • Act as the primary expert for complex HR escalations, ensuring compliant resolutions for a global workforce
  • Lead HRIS audits and governance controls to maintain data integrity and support the transition to an HR Shared Services model
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on HR/People Operations experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes, compliance concepts, and employment documentation
  • Experience with modern HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and comfort with data navigation and workflows
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex HR cases within a tiered case management model
  • Proven track record of mapping and improving processes, including creating SOPs and training materials
