Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Senior People Operations Specialist will ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in Workday, provide support for employee lifecycle events, and enhance operational efficiency while working remotely or from designated locations in the United States and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to People programs and Workday transactions
- Perform regular audits and data quality reviews to maintain data integrity across Workday and connected systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to administer and troubleshoot issues related to leave administration, performance reviews, and other People initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or related experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Experience processing employee transactions and maintaining employee data in Workday
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Workday business processes
