Job Summary
Supporting and optimizing core People Operations processes, the full-time Senior People Operations Specialist will manage performance management, HRIS administration, recruitment support, and onboarding while promoting AI-enabled ways of working in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer performance review cycles and partner with managers to ensure effective evaluations and employee development
- Manage the HRIS for data accuracy and compliance, generating reports to aid decision-making
- Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding processes to enhance the candidate and new hire experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
- Experience with HRIS platforms and supporting HR operational processes
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to improve operational efficiency
