Senior People Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy and execution with the Chief Clinical Operations Officer and leadership team
• Develop and execute people strategies for client groups to meet goals and deliver an exceptional employee experience
• Advise client groups on various People-related disciplines and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, with 3+ years in employee relations
• Experience in matrixed organizations with client groups of at least 200 employees
• Understanding of HR compliance and labor laws
• User-led or design thinking mindset preferred
• Experience using agile or design thinking methodologies preferred
