  • Extensive background in talent and organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
  • Hands-on experience with internal investigations of employee claims and concerns
  • Strong management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
